Warranty

SwiftStall accessories are made of quality materials, and the manufacturing standards are very high. However, if an accessory is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, SwiftStall will replace or refund, at SwiftStall’s sole discretion, to the initial purchaser the cost paid for the SwiftStall accessories for a period of one year after purchase. This warranty is intended for properly installed and maintained accessories in single and multifamily residential properties, hotels, motels, apartments, and dormitories under normal use. The original dated receipt must be presented to file a warranty claim. You may contact SwiftStall at 770-694-1903 or email us at swiftstall@yahoo.com. SwiftStall must authorize any returns in advance. This warranty does not cover the labor or other costs of replacing or removing any defective accessory. In addition, SwiftStall assumes no liability and will not be responsible for any consequential, direct or indirect, incidental income loss, costs associated with injuries, or any other losses. This warranty will be void and will not apply to any accessory subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident or has been tampered with or altered. SwiftStall’s sole responsibility and remedy is limited to the repair or replacement (but not installation) of parts, or accessories found defective.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OF THE DESCRIPTIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, OR AS SPECIFIED ON THE SELLER’S ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT, THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SwiftStall Bathroom Accessories, Inc, disclaims any responsibility for the actions or inactions of the product installers. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that such products, when installed and put in use, will comply with safety or local code requirements and will be legally adequate to safeguard against injuries to persons or property.
